"An Unexpected Hiccup" An Update from Hunters ENT's Operations Manager

Hey Everyone,
First, and most importantly, we want to thank you all for your patience during our impending fulfillment process. Some of you have expressed concern over a few issues with digital distribution and rather than posting more individual responses or answering support emails one by one, which we will still be doing, we want to put some further information here and to help direct further questions better.
This week we had an issue with our response time that is fully on us and is being resolved immediately. Our primary customer service and fulfillment team member has had a series of emergency health issues that came up out of the blue and left us unaware (Our team is fully remote, so the delay wasn’t immediately caught.) We don't want to get into details as employees' health is a private matter but—needless to say—due to this issue and a few technical speed bumps beforehand we were unable to set up the full release of the PDFs sent out, as announced it in the previous update.
You aren’t missing anything and we deeply apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience that this may have cause anyone.
We are just as excited as you to get you using these amazing assets in your games!
While our support and fulfillment team member continues to be in and out of availability, we have solutions in place and have new team members focused on clearing the outstanding email backlog and setting up the PDFs and delivering them in DriveThruRPG.
I hope to have the PDFs will all be out by Monday. I will update you again here once I have Sent out the DriveThruRPG links.

The Geologist’s Primer PDF is now available to our KS backers!
Thank you for your patience as we implemented several of the suggestions from the community, including adding bookmarks to make it easier to search this 300+ page document and making corrections that the community found in the earlier (released too soon) version!
Coming out next week will be multiple digital peripherals associated with the Geologist’s Primer which include:
The Geologist’s Notebook - A journal to track your discoveries in rocks and minerals
The Geologist’s Flash Cards - A handy set of reference cards
The Geologist’s Poster - A beautiful visual guide displaying all of the earth materials
The Geologist’s Coloring Book - A set of illustrations ready for you to add your colors
Three Adventures:
Adventure Pebbles - A series of 100 quest and writing prompts to inspire you in creating adventures at your gaming table
Alchemist’s Fugue - A system-agnostic heist and escape room adventure where players encounter a never-ending party of a suspicious and unlikeable alchemist, whose success is attributed to a puzzle box kept away from the eyes of others.
Bedrock Lullaby - A cozy adventure that starts with a sentient geode (or a “pet rock”) that doesn’t know why they were created but needs the help of the party to experience life to determine who they are.
And the Alchemist’s Toolkit, a system-agnostic guide for game masters that allow people to create their own potions with effects using the resources based on the Herbalist’s Primer and the Geologist’s Primer!
A few of you, our amazing backers, have asked about the delivery of the physical versions of the book, excited to lay hands on all of this geological goodness in the non-digital world! As we have updated elsewhere, we aren’t far off from getting these into our warehouse. The files have been sent to the printers quite some time ago and we are awaiting the final physical proofs from the manufacturer. As soon as they land, we’ll have photos up here for all of you to see! This point in the publishing process is where we have to patiently wait. Sometimes the manufacturing of the proofs is quick and something it takes longer than we anticipate especially when we want to ensure the high quality of our physical prints. Needless to say, this time it is taking longer than expected. Once the proofs are in hands and on our way to our fulfilment center, we will update you and once we have them, you’ll be the first to see.
The entirety of the shipment of orders should be quick to follow thereafter with fulfillment happening immediately. Our warehouse team is already on standby and working to do their best to get you all the wonderful items that you helped make a reality.
We are so happy with the results of the creative team’s hard work, and we just can’t wait to share this new edition of the Natural World Primers with you and the rest of the world!

Our final edits are complete and now Geologist's Primer is getting ready to go off to the printers. Which means Geologist's Primer PDF is NOW LIVE!
To get the PDF you will receive an email with a link to your PDF on DrivethruRPG. Emails will be sent to the email address you used to back this campaign and will go out in waves. This email will come out from [email protected], so be sure to double check all your inboxes for that email address. The game will automatically be added to your cart for free. Click purchase and start playing!
If you haven't received your email within 48 hours of this posting please message [email protected] with your KS account name, email and backer number so we can get you your PDF.

What is the Alchemist Toolkit?
Alchemist's Toolkit is a little side project Jakub and I have been developing for our own use in RPGs we're playing: partially in d20-based games and partially in Jakub's upcoming heist & strategy sci-fi RPG, Aphelion.
It's a system-agnostic supplement providing you with tools to easily implement material from Herbalist's and Geologist's Primers (and books that might come in the future) into whichever game you're playing. We'll cover gathering reagents in various biomes, preparing tools, and brewing a wide spectrum of magical preparations. Think of it as an alchemical build-a-potion system: you'll be choosing a base, adding reagents with desired magical effects, infusing them with elemental essences, and empowering or changing your creations with various distillates.
Alchemist's Toolkit operates on a beginner-friendly system of tags, allowing you to craft (or randomly generate) an endless variety of preparations. Experimenting, mixing effects, re-brewing, and other favorite pastimes of alchemists are all allowed; add explosions at your own peril!
The work on this is still in progress. Jakub has written all the rules and it's just up to me to finish the list of magical effects for the gems and metals (working on this right now!) and tie up a nice bow on the layout. I'm expecting this all to be done soon; I admit, it would have been done already if only I weren't getting distracted by—uh—doodling mushrooms.

BackerKit and Pledge FAQ

Hey Everyone!
We have been getting ALOT of comments and messages here on the campaign page concerning BackerKit. So I wanted to do a quick FAQ. If you have any other questions or concerns please email [email protected] so we can quick and concisely assist you and so Lauren and I don't miss anything.
"I haven't gotten my survey?"
Because of the sheer number of backers, surveys are sent out in batches and you may not have received one right away. This is so we don't overload and crash any system. This includes surveys, sending out of digital content, confirmation of shipping and shipping labels, etc. Turn around for any of those mass emails or notifications is usually 48 hours.
That being said all the surveys should have been sent out at this point. If you haven't received one, double check your email/spam inbox, you may want to use "Backerkit" in your emails search bar, then if its still not there send us an email at [email protected]. Also, remember that we are using the emails associated to your Kickstarter account to send out these surveys.
"How do I do this?"
Then you receive your notification of your survey it will prompt and link you to the BackerKit Pledge Manager. Once you answer a few questions you will be able to see the full shop giving you the chance to add on more to your pledge if you so choose. Though I provided a link on my last update for those who may have missed out on this campaign, if you backed here on Kickstarter you must use the link in your survey notification email to get you correct credit amount on BackerKit.
"I wanna change my pledge"
You are able to change your pledge through the pledge manager, however you can only exchange, upgrade, and add on. There are no refunds for canceled pledges or add-ons. If you selected add-ons at the Kickstarter stage, you can't swap those out without emailing support. If you want to change from individual items to a bundle then please email support as it is something we have to do manually.
